Man, oh man, oh man.

Well, I have meant to make a journal entry, but I’ve been extremely busy. I’ve been coloring for Chrissy’s animation, so whenever I have free time, I’m working for her. That’s alright. :|

So, last week Matt and I had an adventure. His generous mother took us to go see our artwork at the Ward Melville Heritage Organization in Stonybrook. His mom picked us up from school and as we were pulling out, we same a huge, black cloud of smoke. We turned on the Sirius satellite radio and rocked out. As we’re on the highway, we find out that we’re actually going toward this black cloud. We turned to the news on the radio and we soon find out that it’s a brush fire in Brentwood. As we’re on an overpass, tons of firetrucks and police cars were rushing down the road. We begin to slow down for the trucks, and the woman in front of us, must have been too interested in the fire, so as we were slowing down, she hit the car in front of her. We had front row seats. We drove out of there, and only about 15 to 20 minutes later, that road was closed. Luckily, we got off in time. After some time, relaxing in the car, his mom suggested we looked at her scrapbook. So Matt showed it to me, and explained all of the events shown in it, and as he’s putting it away in a plastic bag, he gets a really deep cut from the plastic. As soon as he saw that he was hurt, he started squeesing his finger and a glob of blood came out, as I scrambled for tissues.

So after some time, we got to the building where our artwork was hanging. We went in and saw them, and our competition. It didn’t seem like there was too much of it. So later on, we got food, played Yahtzee in the car, and on our way back to Babylon, we ordered Dominoes. So I had a lot of fun that day. :D

NYSSMA was on Saturday, and I got really nervous, sang the song badly, and messed up sight singing. Afterwards, I just burst and started crying. I felt like a fool afterwards. Since mom felt bad and we were hungry, we got McDonalds after that. So that was cool. I ended up getting a 93, so it wasn’t too bad. :\

As for today, I’m very frustrated. I’ve got to color for Chrissy, do my homework, catch up on sleep, and try to relax I suppose.

Today I made sure that my school ring fit, and it does, so I’m very happy. I can’t wait until we get them at the beginning of 11th grade.

Hyper,
Katie
